Ministry of Defence
The UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) have standardised on smartnumbers as its Flexible Voice Service (FVS) to support hot-desking, flexible working and voicemail services across the UK. The smartnumbers service is delivered as an integral service of one of the UK Government's largest Private Finance Initiatives - the Defence Fixed Telecommunication Service (DFTS) programme.
