Andrew has an impressive record in the management of voice technology companies from 3Com (in PBX development) to Avaya, where he was Global VP of Managed Services. Andrew has brought important skills in completing the transformation from a product company to a large scale service provider.
James Foley - VP Sales
James joined following 10 years with US west coast software companies in proposition selling - most recently at Hyperion. James has brought important skills in developing new sales models for proposition selling, especially in the financial sector.
David Collins - VP Marketing
David joined from LogicaCMG Wireless Networks where he was responsible for launching IN based services into the global mobile operator market. He now heads up Product Management and Marketing. David has modernised the product management function bringing a strong understanding of agile development and a focused approach to channel marketing.
Suresh Rasakulasuriar - VP Development
Suresh has led the development team for over 8 years and has recruited mostly from Imperial College. Suresh has been particularly successful recently managing the introduction of Agile Development Processes.
David Menniss - Customer Services Manager
David manages the NOC (National Operations Centre) which is responsible for the customer help desk and billing services. Most recently he has pushed through the security clearances required for the defence and security services clients.
Guy Stringer - Customer Operations Manager
Guy joined from EDS where he was a member of the Consulting Services Division, providing project/programme management and high value proposal leadership focusing on EDS business within the Government Sector. Prior to entering the commercial arena, Guy spent 8 years in HM Forces as an Infantry Officer, primarily in an operational role. He is now Customer Operations Manager tasked with ensuring the processes and capabilities are in place to deliver 'quality first time, every time' to our customers.
Bruce Povey - Head of Infrastructure Services
Bruce joined Resilient Networks with over 20 years experience working in the IT industry. He has held senior network and voice infrastructure management positions for a number of Global Financial Institutions including Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities. The knowledge and experience Bruce has gained is now being used as he leads the management and development of the operational infrastructure that underpins the delivery of our cloud-based services.
